The Situation

Alanta Clinic is a dental practice based in the Biryulyovo Vostochnoye district of Moscow. The clinic had a basic one-page website with no plans for expansion.

However, the website wasn’t even showing up on the third page of Yandex search results. As a result, local residents looking for a dentist weren’t finding Alanta Clinic at all—instead, they were choosing nearby chain competitors whose well-optimized websites appeared at the top of search rankings.

The clinic set two measurable goals for us:

  1. Double the flow of new patients.
  2. Get the website into the top 5 on Yandex for key search queries like "dentist Biryulyovo" and "cavity treatment Biryulyovo."

The Solution

We didn't propose developing a new, expensive website. Instead, we focused on four specific actions to quickly improve the visibility of the existing page.

1. Rewriting the text for search engines.

We analyzed exactly how people in the area search for dental services. Based on this data, we completely rewrote the website's headings and text. We clearly stated the address and district in all the necessary elements of the page so that Yandex would know exactly who to show the site to.

2. Implementing E-E-A-T factors (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trust).

To build trust with both search engines and visitors, we did two things:

  • Showcased the doctors' expertise and experience: We developed an "Our Doctors" section with photos, scanned diplomas, and detailed information about each specialist's experience.
  • Increased trust and transparency: We created a clear price list in a user-friendly table format so visitors could immediately see the cost of services.

3. Turning Yandex Maps into a storefront.

We filled out the clinic's Yandex Maps profile in detail: we added all services from cleanings to implants, uploaded fresh photos, and launched a local advertising campaign. As a result, the clinic's profile began to appear more frequently to local residents directly on the map.

4. Introducing a gamified element for lead generation.

We added a "Wheel of Gifts" to the site. Visitors could spin it to win a discount or a free consultation in exchange for their phone number. This helped convert passive visitors into actual clients.

Achieved TOP-1 on Yandex for 11 Key Queries

We achieved maximum visibility for the clinic's most important search queries. Patients searching for "dentist in Biryulyovo Vostochnoye" and other targeted services now see Alanta Clinic at the very top, which has significantly increased relevant traffic to the site.

The clinic's ranking on Yandex Maps rose from 9th to 5th place in 2 months. The clinic appeared in the prominent "Nearby Places" block.

The statistics from the company's Yandex Business profile for the period from November 2024 to June 2025 confirm the effectiveness of our work. We achieved growth across all key metrics:

  • Profile impressions: 31,563 (+253% compared to the previous period of the same duration)
  • Directions requested: 626 (+41%)
  • "Call" button clicks: 970 (+34%)
  • Website clicks: 525 (+63%)

This growth directly points to an increase in initial consultations and a doubling of the new patient flow.
